Giving Back
Leadership carries responsibility beyond our work.
Leadership, to me, has always meant more than outcomes or achievements. It is about responsibility and how we show up for others, especially those who may never know our names.

Education has long been a belief I hold deeply. When children are given access to learning, they gain more than knowledge. They gain dignity, confidence, and the ability to shape their own future. That belief sits at the heart of how I think about leadership, intuition, and service.

Giving back is not a separate initiative or campaign. It is simply a reflection of the values that guide my work and my life.

Why education matters
Education creates opportunity where little exists. It strengthens communities, builds resilience, and gives children the tools to move forward with confidence and hope.
In many parts of the world, access to education is limited by circumstances beyond a child’s control. Supporting efforts that remove those barriers feels like a natural extension of the leadership principles I write about and practice. Listening. Empathy. Long term thinking. Respect for human potential.

How I give back
Over the years, that belief has shown up in different ways. For more than two decades, I have supported St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, whose work caring for children and families has long resonated with me.
I also support Save the Children, whose work focuses on improving access to education, health care, and protection for children in underdeveloped and underserved regions around the world.
Their mission aligns closely with my belief that lasting change begins by investing in children. Meeting immediate needs while building foundations for the future.

A personal note
Giving back does not require recognition or scale. It begins with awareness and intention, choosing to support causes that reflect the world we hope to leave behind.
This page exists simply to share one way those values show up for me.
