About me

Leadership, up close

Leadership has always been personal to me.

For more than three decades, I’ve worked in environments where trust mattered, decisions carried weight, and people depended on one another. Along the way, I learned that leadership isn’t defined by titles or authority. It’s shaped in moments most people never see.

How you listen

How you show up when things are uncomfortable

How consistently you treat people with respect and care

Those moments compound.

I’ve led teams, coached individuals, and navigated complex decisions across corporate and entrepreneurial settings. One belief became clear over time. Leadership is personal before it is professional. Culture doesn’t live in strategy decks or mission statements. It lives in daily habits, conversations, and choices.

Why Lead On Intuition exists

That belief is what led me to create Lead On Intuition, a space for thoughtful leadership reflection.

The blog is a space for monthly leadership reflections, written to slow things down, invite thought, and offer clarity. Each post is grounded in experience, not theory, and designed to be read, reflected on, and carried forward into daily leadership.

Alongside the writing, I offer business mentoring for individuals who want perspective and honest conversation when decisions matter. The work often creates space to slow down, think clearly, and move forward with intention.

I also work as a Commercial REALTOR®, helping businesses find spaces where they can grow. While the work is different, the principle is the same. People come first. Understanding needs, building trust, and guiding decisions with intention matter just as much here as anywhere else.

If something here resonates, I’m always open to continuing the conversation in whatever way feels right.

A monthly leadership reflection, written to help you slow down, think clearly, and lead with intention.
