Leadership, up close

Portrait of Gregory Beebe, business mentor and leadership advisor

Over more than three decades, I have worked in environments where trust mattered. Not just performance, but how people showed up for one another when decisions were difficult and stakes were real. I learned early that leadership is rarely defined by titles or visibility. It is felt in consistency, presence, and care.

The moments that stay with me are not the loud ones. They are the quiet decisions. How someone listens when it would be easier not to. How they respond when no one is watching. How small choices compound over time.

Those experiences shaped how I think about leadership today.

I created Lead On Intuition as a space to slow down and reflect on those moments. It is not about formulas or frameworks. It is about awareness, judgment, and the human side of leadership that often goes unnamed.

Alongside my writing, I work one to one with individuals who want space to think clearly, navigate complexity, and lead with intention. These conversations are grounded in trust, experience, and real world context.

In parallel, my work in commercial real estate is rooted in the same values. Helping businesses find homes is not transactional to me. It is relational. It requires listening, patience, and an understanding of what truly supports long term success.

Whether through mentoring, writing, or real estate, my work centers on helping people make thoughtful decisions they can stand behind.

Leadership is not something we announce. It is something we practice.

If something here resonates, I am always open to continuing the conversation.
